  • Oversaw the NBA 2K21 MyCareer cinematic facial animations. Provided support and feedback to the internal and outsourcing teams.

  • Worked with the modelers and riggers to optimize the head rigs.

  • Collaborated with the technical artists and engineers to improve the face animation pipeline and tools.

  • Responsible for training internal and outsourcing teams. Created tutorials and documentations about guidelines and detailed workflow steps.

  • Worked closely with Art Directors, Producers and other Department Leads to ensure high quality in the cinematic facial animations.

  • Assisted the mocap team during the MyCareer facial captures.

  • Participated in the interviewing and hiring of new animators.

  • Involved in research and testing of facial tracking softwares.
